Full Circle Copier Outlet was created to offer it clients a tremendous value on pre-owned certified and refurbished office equipment. The first organization based Central PA of its kind, dedicated to the sales and service of pre-owned copiers, faxes, printers, plotters and multi-function printers (MFP’s)

Full Circle Copier Outlet has partnered with The Phillips Group, one of the largest office equipment dealers in the Northeastern United States, by acquiring office equipment returning from their leasing company Phillips Capital and reselling it to our clients at 60 to 80 percent off retail prices.

Full Circle offers outstanding quality and value because most of our office equipment has had only one owner who maintained their equipment under a full service maintenance agreement with The Phillips Group and their team of factory-trained and certified technicians.

Full Circle will give you the level of service and support you expect from a primer copier organization. We are here to help our client make an informed decision on their office equipment needs and consult with them to help decide the best way to acquire them.
